Question 1

How does payment work?

Accepted Answer

The Pro plan is paid in cryptocurrency through our payment provider 2328, monthly or yearly. An invoice is available in your workspace as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Question 2

Does the subscription renew automatically?

Accepted Answer

No, never. We send you email reminders starting 7 days before the end date, and you keep your Pro features for a 3-day grace period after it ends, giving you time to renew.

Question 3

What happens when my Pro plan ends?

Accepted Answer

Your workspace simply goes back to Free. Nothing is deleted: your bots and settings are kept, bots above the limit and team members are paused, and everything resumes as soon as you renew.

Question 4

Can I cancel at any time?

Accepted Answer

There is nothing to cancel: since the subscription never renews automatically, it simply stops at the end of the paid period if you don't renew.
