Terms of sale

These terms of sale (the "Terms of Sale") apply to the purchase of the Botools Pro subscription, sold by BOTOOLS on https://www.botools.io, by anyone with a Botools account, whether acting as an individual or a business.

The Terms of Sale complement our terms of use. They are accepted at the time of payment, in the version in force on that date.

The Free plan costs nothing. The Pro plan gives unlimited bots, teamwork and every bot type, without the "Powered by Botools" mention. It is offered monthly or yearly.

Prices are shown in euros on the pricing page and at checkout; the amount displayed is the total amount to pay. We may change our prices at any time: a new price only applies to periods paid after the change.

The subscription is purchased from the "Subscription" page of the workspace, by its owner. You choose the period (month or year), apply a promo code if you have one, then are redirected to our provider's secure payment page.

Payment is made in cryptocurrency through our payment provider 2328. The price is set in euros; its equivalent in the cryptocurrency and network you choose is calculated by the provider at the time of payment. Any network fees are yours to pay.

An order is considered paid once the provider confirms receipt of the funds, which may take a few minutes depending on the network. A payment request not settled within the stated time expires; a partial payment does not start the subscription and is handled case by case.

We never store your keys or wallets: only the transaction details sent by the provider are kept.

Each payment gives access to Botools Pro for the period bought, starting at payment. If your subscription is still active, the new period is added at the end of the current one.

Nothing is charged automatically: no money is taken without your action. We send you an email reminder 7, 3 and 1 day before the end date. After the end date, the workspace keeps the Pro features during a 3-day grace period, then automatically moves back to Free, without losing any data.

A promo code applies under the conditions stated when it was shared (amount or percentage, duration, eligible periods, end date, number of uses). It cannot be combined or exchanged for cash.

A numbered invoice is issued for each payment. It is emailed to you as a PDF and remains downloadable from the "Subscription" page.

If you are a consumer, you have 14 days from payment to withdraw, without giving a reason, by writing to [email protected].

Since access to Botools Pro starts at payment at your request, the amount refunded on withdrawal is reduced by the amount corresponding to the period already used, in accordance with article L221-25 of the French Consumer Code. The refund is made within 14 days of your request, in cryptocurrency, to the address you give us.

This right does not apply to purchases made for business purposes.

Outside the right of withdrawal, a started period is not refundable, unless the service was unavailable through our fault for a significant time. In that case, contact us at [email protected].

If you are a consumer, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity that applies to digital content and services (articles L224-25-1 and following of the French Consumer Code).

The Terms of Sale are governed by French law. If something goes wrong, we first look for an amicable solution with you. Failing that, the dispute is brought before the competent courts; if you are a consumer, you may go to the court of your place of residence.
